– Profiling purposes: analysis of your preferences, habits, behaviour, interests inferred, for example, from online clicks on articles/sections of the OroZen websites, in order to send personalized commercial communications/carry out targeted promotional actions, business intelligence. The processing of your personal data for profiling purposes will take place, in the case of consent, with data processing tools which, following cross-referencing, will create your commercial and behavioral profile on the web. The data may be processed by external parties operating as data controllers such as, by way of example, supervisory and control authorities and bodies and, in general, subjects, including private individuals, entitled to request the data, Public Authorities that make an express request to the Joint Controllers for administrative or institutional purposes, according to the provisions of current national and European legislation, as well as persons, companies, associations or professional firms that provide assistance and advice.
The data may also be processed, on behalf of the Joint Controllers, by external parties designated as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, to whom appropriate operating instructions are given. These subjects are essentially included in the following categories:
– companies that offer maintenance services or IT technician assistance;
– companies that offer support in carrying out market studies;
– companies that perform management and maintenance services of the database of Joint Controllers;
– companies that offer email sending services;

5. DURATION OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
According to what is established in the Art. 5.1 e) of the GDPR, OroZen will process the data you provide for the period necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected. We generally keep your personal data for one year from the end of our relationship or from the last contact, unless otherwise required by local legislation. In some cases it may be necessary for us to keep your personal data for a longer period, for example if we are required to for legal, tax and financial reasons:
- Contractual purposes, Legal obligations and Sending of newsletter: for the entire duration of the contract and, after termination, for 10 years.
- General marketing purposes of the Joint Controllers: up to the exercise of the right of opposition exercisable through a special unsubscribe button (“Click here”) or by contacting the Joint Controllers directly.
- Marketing and profiling purposes: until the withdrawal of consent for this purpose.
– Rights of the owner: in the case of judicial litigation, for the entire duration of the same, until the expiry of the terms of applicability of the appeal actions.
– Operation of the Sites: for the duration of the browsing session on the Sites.
– Once the storage terms indicated above have elapsed, your personal data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous, compatibly with the technical cancellation and backup procedures.

By contacting the Joint Controllers via e-mail at info@orozen.it, you can ask the Joint Controllers for access to data concerning you, their cancellation, rectification of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR.
