CUSTOMIZED EXPORT PROMOTION PROJECT DEVELOPED BY THE AGGREGATION OF GOLD MANUFACTURING COMPANIES - NANIS, CA ORO, LINEA ITALIA, NUBIA, OROZEN
The granted contribution of €19,500 has been used to strengthen the skills of the aggregation to which we belonged, particularly focusing on expanding the base of commercial contacts and existing foreign counterparts.
The internationalization process, structured in multiple phases, involved the participation of Temporary Export Managers (TEM) to coordinate the companies in studying and analyzing markets and demand, understanding their characteristics, potential, trends, and consumer behaviors. The insights from the analyses translated into dedicated marketing actions and the offering of equally diversified and detailed products. Throughout the project, participation in trade events represented moments of verification and implementation of strategies developed and defined by the companies. In parallel, incoming visits of operators were organized, and the positioning of the companies' products on e-commerce marketplaces was optimized.
The project aimed to support the development of internationalization processes through the study of a personalized strategic growth path, with the goal of facilitating penetration and consolidation of presence in foreign markets of specific interest. In summary, the developed opportunities contributed to strengthening the range and commercial positioning of the aggregation by identifying new markets and promotion and sales channels.
The project successfully achieved its goal of implementing actions for the activation of foreign counterparts.
